Puppy Kitty NYC rescues cats from suspected serial abuse

All For Animals Host Susan Richard’s article reprinted from 1010WINS.com:

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Something is going on in Richmond Hill, Queens, and animal rescue group Puppy Kitty NYC wants to know ASAP.

This is after five cats were found over several weeks on 102nd street in with severe paw injuries, in some cases, involving exposed bone. One had to be euthanized.

At first, PKNYC Executive Director Meagan Licari told 1010 WINS she didn’t think the incidents were related, but with more cats showing up with similar injuries, she now believes this was intentional.

The incidents have been reported to the NYPD which is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
