AFA host Susan Richard gets the scoop on “kitten season” in New York City, the time of year when Animal Care & Control and the many private rescue groups become inundated with litters of kittens both from unspayed housepets and the offspring of strays and feral cats living on the streets of the city. In this episode, you’ll learn how you can help from both ACC and NYC Feral Cat Initiative, which offers workshops on bottle feeding, socializing feral kittens and TNR (trap-neuter-return).
