AFA Extra! NYC Honorary Dog Mayor Sally Long Dog uses Paws In The Park to announce bid for 2nd term!
NYC’s Honorary Dog Mayor Sally Long Dog made a special appearance at Paws In The Park, Sunday June 4, 2023 in Union Square where she announced she will be seeking re-election for a second term! Paws In The Park was presented by Petco & Petco Love with more than 130 dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs going to their new homes as part of same-day adoptions.
Dozens of others were to follow once pending applications were completed. The event, which was co-hosted by AllForAnimalsTV host & 1010 WINS Morning News Anchor Susan Richard, also celebrated the grand opening of the new Petco Flagship store at 44 Union Square.
