Cat Daddies Documentary Debunks Stereotypes About Men & Cats – Features Flatbush Cats Rescue Org

NEW YORK (All For Animals TV) It’s not just the crazy cat lady stereotype that feline lovers face. A new documentary is taking aim at the ridiculous notion that it’s not manly to like cats.

Cat Daddies from director Mye Hoang tells the story of David Giovanni, and his determination to stay with his beloved cat Lucky while living on the streets of New York City.

The film also features other cat daddies, including Will Zweigart, Executive Director of the Brooklyn-based Flatbush Cats, which cares for feral street and community cats and has also gotten thousands of kittens and friendly adult cats into loving homes.

Zweigart spoke to 1010 WINS, and Morning Anchor & All For Animals TV host Susan Richard reports:

The film is being screened on Wednesday night, March 30th at the Museum of the Moving Image. There’s also an online screening that will double as a fundraiser for Flatbush Cats.
