All For Animals TV Host Susan Richard served as a judge for the 28th Annual NYC Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade to benefit the Tompkins Square Dog Run. It was held at the Corlears Park Amphitheater in Manhattan. The parade was founded by Garrett Russo. The 2018 event was organized by Ada Nieves in conjunction with NYC Councilwoman Carlina Rivera and GOLES (Good Old Lower East Side). ESPN’s Katie Nolan served as host.
